Brandt Expands Commitment to Victoria and South Australia with Acquisition of Westernport Tractors.

Ballarat, Victoria – The Brandt Group of Companies is pleased to announce that, effective December 1st, 2022, it has successfully acquired the assets of Westernport Tractors & Implements Pty Ltd. The acquisition unites all of Southern Victoria under a single John Deere dealership brand.
Westernport is a familiar face on the Mornington Peninsula, serving the local community with a range of premium farm, garden, and recreational equipment from leading OEMs, such as John Deere and Stihl. The Hastings-based operation will continue with business as usual, featuring the same team that customers have come to know and trust over the past 30+ years.

With this acquisition, Westernport Tractors joins a multistore dealer group with access to knowledge and expertise of 15 locations across Victoria and South Australia.
